It was started by a bibliographical review on forecast, prior to the presentation of the cases. Historical data of sales were collected and shaped, and a comparative analysis of techniques performance was conducted. Improvements in the forecast are important for the studied company, for it operates mainly with make-to-stock production, which allows ready-to-delivery practice.
