Once a complaint is received, the complainant is informed that the complaint will be reviewed, and necessary actions will be taken within three business days, excluding the date of complaint receipt.

The investigation process is initiated by the journal's editorial team, following the instructions of the editor-in-chief. After the completion of the investigation, a meeting is held based on the comprehensive report of the complaint. The decision is made and communicated to the concerned party through the provided email at the time of submission.

We consider complaints as an opportunity to improve our existing manuscript processing system. All received complaints are handled politely and promptly.
